How are you all? I got to say I am not liking the rain, but hey its autumn and its time for berry lips, log fires, snug jumpers and hot cocoa.
Todays post is a MAC lipstick review. Last autumn winter I wore Rebel and Rocker, two other MAC lipsticks, non stop and thought I would get a lipstick to go with those two to wear throughout the cold and rainy days, so I chose Hang Up.
Hang Up is a cremesheen finish, a super creamy formula that glides on and gives a glossy finish. This lipstick appears as a deep brown but when applied it shows as a deep red berry with a gorgeous sheen. This lipstick isn't as purple as Rebel and isn't matte like Rocker so I was really pleased this, it is easy to wear and for those wanting a shade that isn't too "in your face" this is the shade for you. You do need to reapply this lipstick throughout the day, but I only had to do this after a couple of cups of tea, so that's pretty good in my eyes. The lipstick would look great with a cat eye liner and smokey eyes.
Have you tried this or have a favourite autumn winter shade?
